Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at our store.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery (commonly 7–14 days).

2. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at upcraftbrands@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will approve the return (if eligible) and provide the return instructions.

  3. Ship the item to the address provided.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.


3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • Wrong color

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Incorrect product delivered

Exchange product will be delivered within 3 – 7 days.
If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue store credit or a refund.


4. Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be credited your original payment method or issued as store credit (based on your choice).

Refund timeframe:

  • Original payment method: 5–10 business days

  • Store credit: within 24–48 hours

Partial refunds may be granted if:
  • The returned item shows signs of use

  • Packaging or tags are missing

  • The item is damaged due to reasons not attributable to us


5. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Email us within 48 hours of delivery at upcraftbrands@gmail.com

  2. Include photos or video as proof

  3. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund after verification


6. Return Shipping Costs
  • For defective/incorrect items: We cover the return shipping.

  • For all other returns (size issues, change of mind):
    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


7. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed or shipped.
After dispatch, cancellation is not possible, but you can request a return after receiving the product.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or payment app

  2. Contact your bank or card issuer
