Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

We may offer free shipping on orders above 700.

5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses.

  • If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay the reshipping fee.


6. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
  • Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the courier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

International customers are responsible for:

  • Import taxes

These charges are not included in our shipping fees.


8. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability.
You will receive separate tracking numbers in such cases.


9. Delivery Attempts

For certain courier partners:

  • Two or more delivery attempts may be made.

  • After failed attempts, the order may return to our warehouse, and reshipping fees may apply.
